I am hoping that someone can help me with this problem. I would like to have an idea what I am letting myself into before I 'open the box'.
I have a Pure DMX-60 mini hifi with DAB digital radio that is about 18 months old. Went to use it last night but the cd tray won't open. The motor wurrs for a short while then "drawer error" message comes up on the display. I am sure that the tray is empty because I always take out the cds when finished.
Any ideas please.
