So i plug in my mp3 to the pc with usb cord, and it turns on and shows the computer picture and the 3 dots under it that each turn green once and then it just sits there for a second on the third one. I can go into my computer on my pc and look at my songs but its not charging cause when i uplug the player it dies again and wont work. I even left it on charge all night and reset it too,still doesnt work. Any help would be appreciated
