Hi there,
I've just removed lots of dust from my NAD C540 lens, I had to remove the upper part of the laser-unit to reach the lens properly...
something went wrong with reassembly - the drawer CAN move back and forth but the motor won't stop running when fully open or closed (and ofcourse the player won't play) nothing seems broken or damaged, is some small part missing? what to do?

I have the same problem with my 541 (and I didn't take it apart). A light tap on the top will engage the disc, not sure how much it costs to properly fix. |

same here - drawer rattles upon door close - intermittent problem especially after long time turned on.....not sure of cure - back from fix engineer for second time!! under guarantee...
any ideas? |
