Trying to hook up my Bose Cinemate speaker system to my Denon AVR-587 reciever. Problem is that the Bose system ends with a module that only connects RCA cables and my Denon only outputs sound through the bare wire connectors. The Bose Cinemate system was intended to be used for TV enhancement, but i'm sure I can use it on my reciever. I was wondering if anyone know what to use to make the correct conversion from RCA to Bare Wire, and does the speaker watts matter?

BD, what makes you 'sure' that you can use the bose stuff with your receiver? Look down in subwoofers, 'how do I open my Bose'.
mark has probably answered you questions in his 600 or so posts. A fine man, that Burgess.
And be handy with electronics and such.
