My Velodyne DPS-12 began randomly shutting off this week. Tonight I'm lucky if it stays on for 10 minutes.

Grrrr. I never really liked it anyway. POS.

ahhh those good ol Future Shop subs where they slap Valodyne on it and call it a day.lol

David, may I make a suggestion. I was in Future Shop the other day picking up some Blu-Ray movies, and I heard a great deep boom boom boom boom boom coming from the audio department. I said to my wife, wow that sounds AWFUL, but the bass is pretty deep and tight. I am going to go check out what some high school student is trying to sell today.lol. So I went over there, the whole setup was not good, and poorly put together as you would expect out of Future Crap's crap speaker/AVR packages but the sub caught my eye and it sounded pretty good.

Interesting Nick. I'll have to check those out. I've never heard the Energy subs before.

I tell ya, I like my Velodyne VSX-10 ($149 bucks) alot better than the 600 buck DSP-12.
