how do i know its shielded or not? and what problem will happen on no shielded speaker?

good question. Most newer HT speakers are shielded and that information is almost always available from the manufacturer.

The easiest way to tell if it is not shielded...when placed next to a tv you will see a wavering discoloration on the screen, much like the Northern lights. The damage is usually permanent during prolonged exposure and some sets can be cured by degaussing.
