I don't have time to read every other thread to see if anyone has asked this, but is it possible to put, let's say, 2 car 6x9 speakers or 1 6x9 and 1 6.5" in one tower, that you may have made, and wire it to work with a home audio receiver? What is the difference between a car speaker and home audio? Is this dangerous? |

Why on earth would anyone want to do this? Insane. People, STOP wanting to connect CAR junk in your home. 6x9 HOME speakers? TWO PAIR at that. *shaking his head in dis-belief* Oh, one other thing: Don't attempt to "build" your own home speakers unless you have a degree in physics, unlimited funds, a plethora of amplifiers to use and decades of time on your hands. |

It is possible but why?? Only dangerous if you have no idea what you are doing. I wish it was that simple to just hook up wires together and get things up and running. |
