Hi,

I have an iPod which I've plugged into my Sony amp so I can listen to my MP3s over my speakers at home but it seems to me that I am losing a lot of volume/quality because of the iPod (??) and its lack of amplification (??)...be aware I'm no expert so excuse my potentially incorrect terminology.

Can anyone suggest a better way of playing my MP3s at home through my main stereo speakers? maybe some sort of home MP3 system?
