And I must say, damn. For being as old as they are, they have taken me into a new realm of audio bliss. I actually had never heard of Thiel up until yesterday, when I walked into my local Goodwill and say these beauties. I went home, did a little research, and figured they were well worth the $199 Price tag (Perfect shape). One item that really stood out is how solid these speakers are. When I knocked on the outside, its almost like hitting a solid tree! So far im really enjoying the sound they make when paired with my parasound amp! It kicks the pants off both my Klipsch and Infinity Beta 20's!
About the only part that sucks, is the simple fact that the price person at my Goodwill used to work in Audio, otherwise im sure I could have nabbed these for $40, ah well.
