Some time ago I did a systems recovery and somehow lost my speakers. I haven't been able to figure out how to get them back. I know they work, I just get no sound when hooked up to my computer. Does anyone know how I can repair this?

First of all, it is almost impossible to diagnose your problem from that description. Its likely your sound card drivers, they probably got removed or destroyed, so try reinstalling them. Second, this is a forum for home theater speakers, not pc hardware support.
