Alright...my TV only has an optical audio out, and my integrated amplifier only has the RCA (red and white) jacks. Is there any sort of adapter I can get to connect the two?

Are you absolutely sure your TV only has digital output? This is very unusual.

If you only have this optical output, you would have to use a standalone DAC between the TV and the amplifier. DACs vary in price but one of the cheapest is the Beresford DAC which can be had for around £100.

But check the outputs of your TV - it's extremely unusual for it to have a digital output and no analogue outputs.

Regards,
Frank.
