Looking for a good match for my Rotel 1055. I am trying to downsize my system size from floor speakers to a bookshelf type. I know I will lose the loud speaker sound but wanted to get the best book shelf type available. I went to a few high end audio shops and B&W 600 series. Currently looking for 2 speakers for 50% music 50% video...may expand to surround sound at some point. Any recommendations?

Eric, the discontinued 600 series(602S3) might be had for a song if the dealer has a few pair.
I prefer the new 685 standmounts.
They work pretty well with the Rotel products, after years of work


What kind of music do you prefer to best presented...there are options for specific types of listening
