I have a rather unique situation here. I have obtained a racing simulator from the UK which is used for running racing simulation programs on a high end home computer. Problem is, it has a built in sound system using car stereo speakers from Pioneer (2 small tweeters, 2 6-inch, along with a special designed subwoofer) but no amplifier was provided. The builders of this setup seem to be unavailable atm... and I'm not sure what the minimum I would need for an amp... that can then be hooked up to my pc. What should I be looking for? |

Is there any info about the speakers? Specifically Impedance (4 Ohms, 8 Ohms, etc?) You can use any amp with any speakers, as long as the impedance is correctly matched, and you don't drive your speakers into clipping, or distortion. |
