My home theatre receiver is dead. My AVR 7200's transformer is totally burnt out and needs to be replaced. Local HK repair shop says part not available (chinese made) and cannot find cause of burnout. I can pick up someone's discarded 7200 with a good transformer to repair mine. Please let me know before the end of May 2008.

On the other hand, it is a beautiful weekend to shop in Ottawa.

It really is.

What part of Ottawa are you in Marcel?

If you don't feel like shopping, try calling Benson Electronics in the west end. David Benson fixed my old NAD amp up.

It's probably not worth worth it for an AVR, though.
