Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this in, apologies if it is not. I have 2 200w speakers 8ohm impedance run at the moment off a 500w 4ohm amp. I am looking to buy a subwoofer, or 2, that would work with my speakers. Would I need to buy another amp? or would the subs power the speakers? Also How would I wire it all up? Thanks in advance for any help, just ask if i haven't given enough info. |

No, these are in my bedroom, they are technically dj speakers, but i use them at home, much to the annoyance of my parents :P they are soundlab P115CCP if that helps anybody. My amp is a stageline 500w STA-160. |

. Actually, numbers don't help. If you show us pictures of the front and back panels of the units, we can make suggestions without having to hunt down the information ourself. Asking how to hook everything up is a bit of a large project when we don't know what you're trying to hook up and you can find this information yourself by doing a few searches on the web. . |
