Hi guys, Right now my research points to these: 1. Outlaw LFM-1 Plus (Heard HSU makes these for Outlaw?). 2. Dayton HSU12 3. Elemental Designs A3-300 4. HSU VTF-2 MK 3 Im looking for something that will shake the house during movies, mainly higher DB's at lower Hertz. Some music listening as well, most likely will turn off the sub for that, unless I like the sound. Out of those subs, which one provides the most performance for the $$? If you have any that you recommend, please feel free to post! Just to give you an idea, my old sub was a JBLS120Pii. Thanks! |

Buff, the Hsu is a no-brainer...which is where I come in. It's a winner all around. |

Hi Nuck, I actually went with the outlaw, from what I gather, it was partially designed by Hsu, and a conclusion I came to was that it would be comparable to the VTF-3 (ie. for $300 less, I would never notice the difference). Im so pumped on getting this, I would imagine it will kick that pants off my old JBL S120Pii! O yeah, and my room is roughly 1920 Cubes with an adjoint dining room that is 1000. This sub should still provide "room shaking" bass if im not mistaken. |
