Is it possible to use my SACD digital out (coaxial), and using a splitter, go to the back of my integrated amp (NAD 372)that only has RCA plugs? What kind of sound should i expect? |

Rodney, For goodness sake don't do this! You can damage your speakers, and possibly your amp. A digital output provides a digital signal. This is of vaguely the same strength (voltage range) as analogue signals but its shape is distinctly different and can cause the amp to dump large amounts of current into the speakers. I strongly recommend you don't do it. Regards, Frank. |
