I have a Cary SLI-80 integrated tube amp and I am looking to add a phono stage. The amp has an input senstivity of 0.45 volts and an input impedence of 100K, rated at 50WPC triode and 80 WPC ultralinear. Currently looking at an Audio Electronics PH-1 (also a Dennis Had design), a demo of which can be had for about $700, new at around $900. This is a tube phono stage with P-to-P wiring that handles MM and high output MC carts. On the TT, I am thinking about Rega P3-24 w/ Dynavector 10x5 as about the floor of what I would like to have for the source.

Are there any other phono stages I should consider and research that might mate well with the Cary? I don't see a need to go the full line and phono stage at this point, because frankly I am extremely satisfied with the sound from this integrated. Thanks.
