Yes, that was just one pair sold on ebay this week. Mine are about 30 yrs old. Don't really remember. I had them with a MK sub and Haffler separates. Changed to Onix int amp and HsU Sub. Played with HK, Rotel, and now a Mira 3 amp. The point is, I have a good idea of how good they are. Maybe it is just my ears, but I have heard speakers in the $1100 to $1500 range that sound as good mid range and have bigger bass. $2200 for speakers that need a sub seems crazy. |

I guess I should sell mine, but I am too lazy. Someday when I visit Oregon and audition spkrs I will upgrade to cheaper speakers  |

Thanks. Looks like I won't get out of here until December! Or Spring 09, because of the wifes' job. Well, we went from 45 below to 40 above today. Yea, looks like summer! |
