i got this new mp3 player and i have 2 problems with it

1. I updated the driver to version v10123 and now in "my computer" it show that it has a max of 2GB when i bough a 4GB one from Bestbuy. Does anyone know how to fix it?

2. When i plug it in to charge, it just keeps showing the same colour and going to its properties in "my computer" it shows that its charge is 0%. how do i fix this? or at least how do i know its fully charged?

ill greatly appreciate any help
