What are the best mainstream subwoofers? By this I mean those NOT from the internet (like HSU, SVS, Fluance etc), but those which I can actually buy in the shops, such as B&W, Infinity, etc. I'm looking for something in the $600 range (or a bit more), at least 150-200 W, and at least 10 inch woofer. I like it to be really deep and loud. Thanks alot guys.

I would really recommend the JL Audio W-0 there are a good sub for there price. 2 12" subs in a box will run you about 350 retail. Also alpine has some good subs that are powerful and are a good deal. I myself have 1 12" Type R Sub. it's puts out 300 watts rms and 1000 max in a vented box. I paid about 275 retail. if you like deep bass i would definatly recommend you going w/ a 12
