Hi
I have a pair of Quad 22L speakers, love the smooth, textured yet powerful sound. I added a X10 -v Musical Fidelity Tube Buffer it made my system sound much more refined and delicate.

So, as an upgrade , i auditioned Arcam A70 and the MF A5 ( could not hear A90)...
i liked the soundstage and musicality of A70..much more than NAD, Rotel, or Cyrus amps...
And i like the power and presence of A5..

Between A90 and the A5...
what are the defining sonic characteristics?
what's your opinion?

I listen to lot of jazz guitar, jazz rock, classic rock, world music

thanx
