my sony stdg500 will not detect subwoofer anymore, it plays all the other speakers. is it because i'm using spkr a / spkr b and i have large set of spkrs attached on it i.e. 2 front 1 ctr 2 back + another pair attached on front as spkr b plz. help sub setting on recvr is set to "on" its a passive/non-powered sub that came with the all-in-one dvd home-thtr in a box surprisingly, the sub works fine when u plug it in on the dvd hmethtr box but just not with the audio recvr. is there any special setting that i have to look into or what... can i factory reset it back to dafault settings ?? will it work ?? i tried regular rca cables as well as digital co-axial too (but just used rca video instead for co-ax) |

. "is it because i'm using spkr a / spkr b and i have large set of spkrs attached on it ... " Unlikely, but disconnect one set of speakers to find out. "my sony stdg500 will not detect subwoofer anymore, it plays all the other speakers." When did it stop and what changed just before that? . |
