Anybody have any comments? Looking for a movie sub. Think about HSU. Martin logan's can be daisy-chained.

Depends on the sub, your room, and how loud you want it to be.

Martin Logan doesn't spring to my mind as king of the movie subs, although for music they are very hard to beat. I'd suspect a comparably priced Hsu would certainly outperform a ML sub in SPL while maintaining a decent amount of finesse.

I still like the Descent. It's the best commercial sub I've ever heard (according to my ears).

I don't know why I like it so much. Why do people keep saying I like super high SPL? Well...I don't like it that loud. It just doesn't sound right (bass problem).
