I was a little hesitant to try this since I didn't think my Trends TA-10.1 wouldn't go loud enough, but last night I used it to power my outdoor speakers on my deck.

Not only did it have more than enough volume, it sounded GOOD. Better than the 50 watt NAD I was using before.

I have the T-Amp turned up maybe a quarter turn and it's plenty loud. It also sounds really, really good, even through some extraordinarily unremarkable Polk outdoor speakers.

Is that a Trends or other uprated amp, Dave?

Yes, the Trends TA-10.1 is that good.

Best $100 I've spent in quite a while (I bought it used).

David, what speakers are you usually using with the Trends?

You're right Christopher, It's the TA-10.1. I tried it before awhile with my Tannoys and I found it didn't go loud enough (this was in my home gym - big room, concrete floor...). Strangely enough, outside, it sounds amazing. I'm hearing sh!t in familiar music that I haven't heard before.
