I didnt research hometheater recivers before I bought the Yamaha HTR 5660 and have to say I picked a good one. Tossing my old TECHNICS reciver that had no Digital any thing wasnt hard to do. I have my SAT/CABLE DVD PS2/XBOX connected with S-VIDEO cables with BOSS speakers making it all come to live. Thank you YAMAHA for making me see and hear the light!
