Greetings,

I wonder which integrated amp (in arround 400 pound class) would be an ideal match for MA Silver S2 monitors in your oppinion?

The listening room is arround 15 m2, speakers would be placed on standmounts, and would be used to reproduce various music genres (from classics to pop), although mostly for dancey electronica, I suppose.

One more question: is there an amp in above mentioned class which could nicely drive Quad 12ls or Dynaudio 52s?

Thank you in advance for your time and suggestions,

Cheers.

Try the Exposure 2010 at £499 or slightly more but equally nice Rega Maia £548
Both sound lovely with MA silvers. The exposure is slightly heavier and faster in the Bass department, rega is overall smoother.

Consider Arcam A65+ amp (£369), very nice when paired with the MA Silver series.. it will tame down the "brightness" of the speakers.. good bass as well.. my mate tried the arcam with MA S1 and the combo sounds wonderful.
