ok everybody this one is new to me
who knows what about this particular model?
i was ready to pull the trigger on a the elite-53 but just came across the pioneer vsx-2012k.
here is some of the info:
"Psst. It’s supposed to be a secret, but we can’t keep something this incredible to ourselves. There’s an industry rumor that Pioneer's VSX-2012 7.1-channel 110-watt-per-channel audio/video receiver is identical to a model from Pioneer's limited distribution, high-end Elite series product line that sells for $1,800. While we can't confirm this rumor, we can say that the VXS-2012 includes can’t-do-without features you just don’t see from any other manufacturer at any price. And talk about amplifier power!".
