Is there any budget av receiver with pre amp out for connecting with my 5.1 ch audio amplifier? My budget is <500 US $. |

Yes there is. Check H/K, Marantz, NAD, Yamaha, Pioneer, etc. They all have <500USD models with pre-outs. Especially models like H/K AVR230 and Yamaha RX-V650 should do a fine job. |

landroval, thanks for your info. These AV receivers need 6/8 ohms speakers. My 5.1 ch amplifier uses 4 ohms speakers each has 100 watt max . I think it has no problem if I connect the devices in this way: Connect 5.1 output of DVD to 5.1 ch direct input of AV receiver then av pre out (5.1 ch) to the input of 5.1 ch amplifier to drive the 4 ohms speakers. Any suggestions? |
