I've got a Pioneer PL-230 turntable with very good cartridge. However, recently pulled from storage with LP's in the hopes of making some recordings to CD's. Found out the belt had deteriorated and had to replace, no problem. Set speed, anti-skate and tone arm to exact specs. Sounds good, but not great. It sounds as though record slows down slightly and recovers to correct speed througout listening. The slow down is ever so slight, but is just noticeable when reading the viewing the platter speed pattern. I checked to see if belt was catching or rubbing, not the case. Any suggestions ???
