I would be very grateful if someone could highlight whats wrong with this picture.
My ipod is mac formatted. I wish to change this to pc formatted. So i plug in - go to itunes, which recognizes it, and it offers me the option to click "restore"...
All good, but when i click it says it cant connect to the itunes software server because its not connected to the internet.
now by virtue of the fact I am sitting here posting on the internet, and my itunes music store is up and running, this is patently not ture.
