Hello,
I am new to this message board and hand a couple of questions.
I am in the process of buying a new reviever this weekend. I currently have:
1. Pioneer Elite pro 1130-HD Plasma
2. Oppo dv-970hd dvd
3. direct tv hd reciever
I have been looking at:
Pioneer VSX-1016TXV
Onkyo TX-SR804
I like the MCACC Auto Room Set-Up in the Pioneer.
Any suggestion would be much appreiated |

I can't dispute Jan's statement about Outlaw (I own and Outlaw amplifier and I love it). I just recently bought the Pioneer VSX-1016 and it's a pretty solid piece of gear:
-Good sounding surround processing
-Good build quality (so far - it's only a month old)
-Ease of use (I'm impatient - I don't want to spend a lot of time figuring out how to use something)
-Just the right amount of bells n' whistles (that is to say, very few - the way I like it) |

Jan and David thank you for your imput I was told that if you let it this decision will eat you up on what to buy. I am leaning towards david response solid and simple!!
If any else has any comments on this please let me know. |
