Hi all!

I just got a second hand pair of wharfedales diamond 8.4
They were supposed to work perfect before I got them but today I set up the whole system and the surprise is that one of the speakers is not working. Well, actully it sounds, just the woofer, and really low and bad. I've tried plugin the bananas of the other speaker(directly the signal that the other speaker was getting) and... definitely the problem is with the speaker.

Any ideas on this? Should I try opening the cap on back (where the bananas are plugged in) and sneak around?

Thanx!

Javier

Besides, I'm testing the "healthy" speaker and now I've some doubts.
Of the 3 "drivers", the mid-range driver is the only one going crazy. The woofer doesn't vibrate, I don't feel mucho movement going on with it. I've changed the setting to power up the bass and down the trebble, but the woofer still doesn't vibrate. Is this normal?

Thanx!
