I am putting two speakers on my covered patio(Infinity CS60RDT). These are duel tweeter speakers that play both channels in each speaker. I would like to use one volume control for both speakers. These speakers are for background music only not a rock concert. I can't seem to get an answer from the local shops because they think I should have a rock concert. Can I just wire the two speakers together from one volume control?

Mike, each speaker has a left and right input?
Do you know the impedence? How are you powering them?

You can wire between the speaks, putting each channel in series for higher impedence, and use a standard outdoor dual channel single shaft pot like this.

I am using the this distribution amp (see below link) from my reciever to four sets of speakers. the two sets of speakers are the two CS60RDT speakers I have on the patio. I have no idea of the impedance.
