I have the Halo C2 controller and I am trying to use it's Master Remote to controll my TV, DVD, and Satellite receiver. I followed the very little instructions given in manual to point and hold the on or off button for upto 25 seconds but nothing happens. If I select say DVD and use the on or off button nothing happens.

Is there some programming i need to do. I bouthg it online (audiogon) so I can't go to a local dealer to figure things out. Can you help

Any way of contacting the person you bought it from? How about trying to contact Parasound? I hear they're pretty good with customer support.
