Hi, I tried setting up the surround sound on my kenwood receiver but having problems. When testing the speakers they all seem to work but only the front r/l speakers work when the receiver is being used. The receiver only shows the r/l speakers on the screen and no matter what buttons I push, I can't get the center, sub or rear speakers to work. Can anyone offer any suggestions how to fix this? Thanks! |

Kim, what input source are you using, and into which connections? Your player may not be configured properly for 5.1. Have you check the connections section of the manuals? |

. I assume this is a new receiver. If so, dealer support is your best choice. Can I assume you paid for that feature/benefit/advantage? |

Again, here it comes. Like I said before. How is your dealer helping you? |

This is a used system. I got it several years ago. |

How do you turn the mute off on the VR406? It doesn't have a mute button and I have no idea how it got turned on. |
