Its a thought... I have a Denon stack system... which is 2x30w RMS into 4 ohms... anyhow... the speakers I have are from an old Technics mini system and they are 100w @ 6 ohms 89db... So I was experimenting.. and I put on a 5 1/2" component... Infinity Reference 5010cs... and it sounded really good... its rated 90w RMS max at 4 ohms and is sensitive to 92db I think... but it'd sound better with the cross over I bet... Good idea or bad idea? The design seems the same in the form of connections etc and basket structure. |

The amp is 4ohms Same with the speakers they match works fine |
