i was looking at this project, but am not sure how the crossovers are put together. how does the project look and what kind of receiver or amp would be best to run them?

Parts Express also sells crossover PC boards.

The speakers look like they don't need much power to get them going. It depends on what you plan to use them for.

Not all you have to do is buy the pc borde and parts and copy it
