Iv been lurking here for a while and hope you or someone might answer a question.

I tried to order a Denon D-M33S from Buy Rite Electronics via paypal. Tony denied my 384 payment for some reason but cant afford 500 for a stereo for my 11 year old daughter from another dealer.

Could you recommend components to equal this system? I see you like Insignias speakers. But which amp and cd/dig.tuner should I get? She needs a sleep/wake timer and maybe a input for a future Ipod. Space is limited so I hope I can stack them.

Main thing is that it lasts. Bullet proof.. I want her to be able to take this one to college. So no Sony product.. lol

Thanks for your time.
