Can speaker (of all grade) be damage when you use it is for karaoke.

I looking to purchase the BIC Acoustech Cinema speaker Series but is afaid that I would damage it when I use it for occasional karaoke

Any speaker can be damaged by abuse. Karaoke in and of itself offers nothing that would abuse the speaker. Keep the amplifier power clean and limit the volume level to a point where the amplifier does not clip the waveform and you will probably have no concerns about damaging the speaker. If you hear distortion, turn down the volume level.
