I've just loaded a firmware upgrade to my iriver U10. It no loger works. Just displays a message "Player upgrade required. Refer to manual". I've updated the iriver Plus 2 player and the windows media player and re-initialised the U10 but to no avail. I've e-mailed iriver but had no reply. Can anyone help
