I can not get my ipod to charge. I get the battery but it does not charge. Then I get a ipod with a sad face. I have tried to reset it but am having ano luck. What do I do now? |

i read some where about thsi try support on apples site or check ur manual and even call apple and ask some 1 at best buy good luck |

If it still does not work, you need to send it in to be fixed. You probably have a bad hard drive. |
