I have had an aiwa 60watt subwoofer for about eight years now and about six months ago the foam rubber started to discentegrate so I took it all off and have thought about buying a replacement part but now I have the idea of just buying a new sub and putting it in, since I don't know where home audio subs are sold by themselves and not on the internet, i was thinking of buying a car sub and wiring it to 8 ohms or maybe even leave it at 4 ohms and hope the amp doesnt blow could that work or should i stick to the original plan |
