I've been having major problems with my 30GB video iPod. I've tried absolutely everything on the Apple website but to no avail. I'm really at my wit's end.My iPod does not appear in iTunes and keeps resetting itself when i disconnect it from the computer. It appears in 'My Computer' as 'Removable disk' and whenever i try to open it 'My Computer' freezes and comes up as 'Not responding'. I am absolutely desperate for help as there is nothing on my iPod and i had 2500 songs on it and spent a fortune on music videos. Please, please, PLEASE help!!!!!!
