Please help! I just bought a RCA Lyra RD2840A 40GB MP3 player from a RCA employee. It was brand new in the box. I took it home and it works great when I plug it in to the car or an AC outlet. The battery registers as fully charged, but as soon as I unplug it, it shuts off. Is the battery dead? If so, anyone know where I can get one? I cannot find a Lyra 2840A Battery to save my life if that IS the case. Thank you all for any help. Gene
