I am having problems getting my computer to recoginize the Lyra mp3 player that I have. Every USB port I plug into doesn't show it and Windows (XP SP2) does a search for the drivers for the USB ports. When I plug something else into any of the ports, it recognizes the device. This is the only thing it doesn't recognize. I have downloaded the software for Lyra and even the software says "Connect Device". The screen on the mp3 player however says that it is plugged into a USB port. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do? I also have a ASUS A8N SLi mothboard. Oh, I have also tried it on other computers, and it still doesn't work.

Thanks in advance
