My NEXXTECH Mp3 player that I received for Christmas does not seem to be working anymore. I can put songs on it and I can see READY on the screen and WRITING when I put songs on it but when it is not connected to my computer the display does not work and there is no audio either. DOes anyone know what the problem is?
