i hooked my ipod up to my cp then turned it on, on it was a strange information/ ipod check screen type of thing. I went through all of the options trying to figure out how to get back to my normal screen. I went to headphone check the it told me to insert the headphone and i did and now its been stuck on that screen for 45 minutes. How do i get it unfrozen and when/if i do that how do i get out of that information screen???

please help if you know what to do!!!
