I am looking at several new and used CD players and I really like a few of the CD recorders, like the HK CDR2 and the Tascam series... but.... Do these things have high quality audiophile sound? I will mate them with high end Klipsch Reference series speakers and my NAD C162/C272 Preamp/Amp setup.... Please help if you have some experience with these.... |

The HK might be worth a look, however it's much easier to duplicate CDs on your computer, instead of MP3 you can use a lossless format as I understand it---best to consult a computer forum for instructions on that. |

No copy is as good as the orignal, with that set up you might find the copy has a flat sound, but you didn't say what you have for a CD player. If you have a $29 dvd palyer copy away, but I assume you don't have a $29 dvd palyer as a source. |
