I've seen a few XRCD and Zounds CD titles in my record store, and an A/Vphile friend says they aren't worth it unless you have speakers that cost 10,000 bucks. Anyone have either of the two premium CD formats and how do they sound?

Baloney! What is the purpose of marketing these CDs if you cannot sell it to everybody?

XRCD's sound excellent, but their catalog is extremely weak. It would be nice if they could get a hold of some relevant titles.
